HealthPay is a payment mechanism integrated with Bajaj Finserv Health plans. It helps you to utilize your health plan benefits when you walkin to a healthcare provider without the need of prebooking your appointment.
If you are at a hospital/clinic or lab payment counter, all you need to do is search and pay. - You visit a service provider - Open Bajaj Finserv Health application and click "HealthPay" - You select their name from the list - Enter amount for the service availed - You select the right benefit and right name of patient - Review the screen and confirm payment
Yes. After your appointment, you need to share the relevant documents for your visit for us to verify your claim
The supporting documents depend on the type of claim being utilized - 1. For Doctor Consultations - Please upload the doctor prescription and the invoice 2. For Prescribed Diagnostics- Please upload the doctor prescription, Invoice of lab test and the Lab report
**Note: ** Please adhere to standard document guidelines for the supporting documents, to ensure quick verification of your documents
Yes. The window to upload documents is 30 days. We stronly encourage you to upload your documents as soon as your appointment is over. We will be able to start the verification process once you upload the documents.
Once you have uploaded the supporting documents, our agent will review and verify the same within 3 business days. In case of any discrepancy in the details, the claim will be kept "On hold" and you will have to re-upload the documents.
If you have already uploaded but you don't see any progress, kindly inform us immediately via the "Call" option below. We will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Against every claim adjudication, there is a reason associated. Kindly verify the same and click on the "Pay" button to make a repayment of the amount utilized.
**Note: Please pay within the claim window of 30 days to ensure your plan is not locked**
Incase you do not have the required documents you can skip the verification process and directly pay the amount utilized.

While making the payment, the claim is being created basis the details entered by you. Hence we request you to check the details before confirm to make payment.
In the "Review Screen", ensure to select the right member in the "Paying For" field. Your claim gets created for the name that is being selected during this phase.
**Note: Ensure the selection of right member. Once payment is done, the name of the member selected cannot be changed**
In the payment summary screen, click on "Select Your Benefit" button to apply the right plan benefit. Eg: 1. If you are at the doctor's office for a consultation, kindly select "Doctor Consultation" 2. If you are at a diagnostic center, kindly select "Prescribed Diagnostics"
**Note: Ensure the selection of correct benefit. Once payment is done, the documentation required would depend on the type of benefit selected**
We allow payments to registered healthcare merchants on the UPI network by payment service providers such as BHIM, PhonePe, GooglePay, PayTM, PineLabs etc. We do not allow payments on personal QRs of healthcare providers.
