What if the prescription is invalid?
If prescription is invalid, the order will be cancelled by the pharmacy partner. You will be required to place a new order with the valid prescription
When can I see the final order amount?
You will be able to see the estimate order value on the App once your order is digitized . Final order amount will be update once the order is confirmed.
Is the return allowed?
Sorry, we currently do not facilitate returns.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel your order till it is confirmed by the pharmacy partner. Once confirmed, you will not be allowed to cancel the order.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is Rs. 150.
Are there any delivery charges?
We do not charge any additional delivery charges.
What are the different payment modes allowed during pay-on-delivery?
You can pay via cash, cards (credit or debit), or UPI.
Will I be informed in case of substitute medicine
Yes,our pharmacy partner will reach in case of non availabilty of prescribed medicines and confirm addition of substitute medicines.
Can I update the delivery location
We currently do not facilitate change in delivery location, once order is placed
