Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana was launched in July 2012 as the Rajiv Gandhi Jeevanand Arogya Yojana by the Maharashtra state government.   • Medication and consultation post-hospitalization (can be covered for up to 10 days from the date of discharge)
